Entry (“Entry”):
Prizes:
(1) Airfare: Return economy flights from international airports in London, UK, to Prague, Czech Republic.
(2) Transfers: Return airport transfers in Prague.
(3) Accommodation: Three (3) nights’ 4-star hotel accommodation in Prague, based on sharing a quadruple occupancy room, with breakfast.
(4) Private Walking Tour of Prague Castle: A 3-hour private tour including private guide and admission fees.
(5) Guided Underground Tour of Prague’s Ghosts, Legends, and Monsters: A 1.5-hour tour with a dungeon visit, including an expert local guide and entrance fees.
(6) Private Combat Lesson: A 2-hour professional swordsman lesson, including tutoring and all equipment.
(7) Exclusive After-Hours Tour of Prague Observatory: Private entrance, screening of a selected program of the Winner’s choice, tour of exhibition spaces and domes, night sky observation using state-of-the-art telescopes, guided by a professional astronomer.
(8) Medieval Dinner: A five-course dinner and drinks at a medieval-themed restaurant with a 3-hour live show.
(9) Travel Insurance: Travel insurance allowance of £40 per adult. The Winner and adult guests are responsible for arranging their own travel insurance policy (which must also include and fully cover any accompanying guests under 16 years of age as dependents), and for ensuring that this includes insurance cover for the correct destination and for any applicable activities which they will be undertaking while away. The Prize Fulfilment Agency reserves the right to request proof of valid travel insurance prior to providing the allowance.
(10) Winner Management: Complete prize booking and coordination services provided by the Prize Fulfilment Agency.
(11) Validity: The First Prize is valid for twelve (12) months from the date the Winner is notified that they have won. All travel and experiences comprising the First Prize must be booked and completed within this 12-month period.
Columbia TriStar Motion Picture Group (“CTMG”) is the “Prize Package Provider” for the First Prize. Element London Limited, a company registered in England with company number 07073848 whose registered office is at Unit 9 Featherbed Court, Mixbury, Brackley, England, NN13 5RN is the “Prize Fulfilment Agency” for the First Prize. The additional terms and conditions for the First Prize are set out in Annex 2.
One (1) Winner shall receive: One (1) Bosch HPW 135 High Pressure Washer plus one (1) home care and car care kit.
Seventy-five (75) Winners shall each receive: One (1) Vue Cinema Voucher Bundle containing four (4) single admission tickets, totalling three hundred (300) Vue cinema vouchers awarded across all Third Prize Winners.
The additional terms and conditions for the Third Prize are set out in Annex 3.
The First Prize, Second Prize, and Third Prizes together shall be the (“Prizes”).
Second Prize delivery: Upon Winner Confirmation, the Winner must provide a valid delivery address in the United Kingdom or the Republic of Ireland. The Promoter will arrange for the Second Prize to be physically delivered to the Winner’s address at its own cost. Please allow up to twenty-eight (28) days from the date of Winner Confirmation for delivery.
Third Prize delivery: Upon Winner Confirmation, the Winner must provide a valid email address. The four (4) Vue Cinema digital e-vouchers/codes comprising the Third Prize will be sent directly to the Winner via email. These e-vouchers are subject to the validity period and standard terms of use of the voucher issuer, as set out in Annex 3.
General:
If you are the Winner of the First Prize, you will provide your personal data directly to the Prize Fulfilment Agency (acting as an independent data controller) for the purpose of prize fulfilment. Any personal data you provide the Prize Fulfilment Agency or which the Prize Fulfilment Agency otherwise receives will be processed in accordance with the Prize Fulfilment Agency’s privacy policy at https://element-london.com/element-london-privacy-policy-travel-english/.
Annex 1 – Prize Draw – Data Protection Notice
1. Data Protection Notice
This data protection notice covers the processing of your personal data in relation to Robert Bosch Limited (hereinafter “Bosch” or “We” or “Us”) prize draw (hereinafter “Prize Draw”).
If you are the Winner of the First Prize, you agree to provide certain personal data including but not limited to contact information (name, address, email, telephone), passport details, and other details relevant to your travel arrangements required by the relevant travel providers (e.g. airlines, accommodation, or tour providers) to Element London Limited, a company registered in England with company number 07073848 whose registered office is at Unit 9 Featherbed Court, Mixbury, Brackley, England, NN13 5RN (the “Prize Fulfilment Agency”) for the purpose of prize fulfilment (i.e. making and managing the travel bookings for the trip). Any personal data you provide the Prize Fulfilment Agency or which the Prize Fulfilment Agency otherwise receives will be processed in accordance with the Prize Fulfilment Agency's privacy policy at https://element-london.com/element-london-privacy-policy-travel-english/.

4. Collection, processing and usage of personal data
4.1 Processed categories of data
The following categories of data are processed:
4.2 Principles
Personal data consists of all information related to an identified or identifiable natural person, this includes, e.g. names, addresses, email addresses, contractual master data, contract accounting and payment data, which is an expression of a person’s identity.
We collect, process and use personal data only when there is either a statutory legal basis to do so or if you have given your consent to the processing or use of personal data concerning this matter, e.g. by means of registration.
4.3 Processing purposes and legal basis
We, as well as the service providers commissioned by us, process your personal data for the following processing purposes:
4.3.1. Receiving entries for the Prize draw, conducting the Prize draw and notification and delivery of prizes from the Prize Draw as outlined in our Terms. (Legal basis: fulfilment of the contractual obligations as described in the Prize Draw Terms as well as our legitimate business interests in connection with the Prize Draw and supply of the First Prize, Second Prize, and/or Third Prizes.).
4.4 Children
The Prize Draw is not meant for children under 18 years of age.
4.5 Data transfer to other controllers
Principally, your personal data is forwarded to other controllers only if required for the fulfilment of a contractual obligation, or if we ourselves, or a third party, have a legitimate interest in the data transfer, or if you have given your consent. Particulars on the legal basis and the recipients or categories of recipients can be found in Section 4.3 and in this section. Third parties may also be other companies in the Bosch group. In addition, if you are the Winner of the First Prize, you agree to provide certain additional personal data for the purpose of prize fulfilment to other data controllers as stated in section 1 of this data protection notice.
For the delivery and announcement of your parcels of the Second Prize, we may transfer your email address within the scope of the fulfilment of the contractual obligations to the following:
DPDGROUP UK LTD, Roebuck Lane, Smethwick, West Midlands, B66 1BY (or other companies within DPD Group). This company may process data as a data controller.
Additionally, data may be transferred to other controllers when we are obliged to do so due to statutory regulations or enforceable administrative or judicial orders.
4.6 Service providers (general)
We may involve external service providers with tasks such as administration and organisation of the Prize Draw, procurement, parcel collection and delivery. We have chosen those service providers carefully and monitor them on a regular basis, especially regarding their diligent handling of and protection of the data that they store. We only transmit your data to external service providers where necessary to fulfil a contract with you, where we or the recipient has a legitimate interest in the disclosure of your data, or where you have given your consent to that transmission. . All service providers are obliged to maintain confidentiality and to comply with the statutory provisions. Service providers may also be other Bosch group companies.
4.7 Transfer to recipients outside the UK and EEA
We might transfer personal data to recipients located outside the UK and EEA into so-called third countries. In such cases, prior to the transfer we ensure that either the data recipient provides an appropriate level of data protection or that you have consented to the transfer.
You are entitled to receive an overview of third country recipients and a copy of the specifically agreed provisions securing an appropriate level of data protection. For this purpose, please use the contact details in Section 3 of this Annex 1.
4.8 Duration of storage, retention periods
Principally, we store your data for as long as it is necessary for us to fulfil the contract or for as long as we have a legitimate interest in storing the data. In all other cases we delete your personal data with the exception of data we are obliged to store for the fulfilment of legal obligations (e.g. due to retention periods under the tax and commercial codes we are obliged to have documents such as contracts and invoices available for a certain period of time). Your information will be deleted once it is no longer required to run the Prize Draw or once it is no longer necessary to complete any follow-ups with Winners.
5. Security
Our employees and the companies providing services on our behalf, are obliged to confidentiality and to compliance with the applicable data protection laws. We take all necessary technical and organizational measures to ensure an appropriate level of security and to protect your data that are administrated by us especially from the risks of unintended or unlawful destruction, manipulation, loss, change or unauthorized disclosure or unauthorized access. Our security measures are, pursuant to technological progress, constantly being improved.
6. User rights
To enforce your rights, please use the details provided in Section 3 of this Annex 1. In doing so, please ensure that an unambiguous identification of your person is possible.
Right to information and access
You have the right to obtain confirmation from us about whether or not your personal data is being processed, and, if this is the case, access to your personal data.
Right to correction and deletion
You have the right to obtain the rectification of inaccurate personal data. As far as statutory requirements are fulfilled, you have the right to obtain the completion or deletion of your data. This does not apply to data which is necessary for billing or accounting purposes or which is subject to a statutory retention period. If access to such data is not required, however, its processing is restricted (see the following).
Restriction of processing
As far as statutory requirements are fulfilled you have the right to demand for restriction of the processing of your data.
Data portability
As far as statutory requirements are fulfilled you may request to receive data that you have provided to us in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format or – if technically feasible – that we transfer those data to a third party.
Object to direct marketing
Additionally, you may object to the processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes at any time. Please take into account that due to organizational reasons, there might be an overlap between your objection and the use of your data within the scope of a campaign that is already running.
Objection to data processing based on the legal basis of “legitimate interest”
In addition, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data at anytime, insofar as this is based on legitimate interest. We will then terminate the processing of your data unless we demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds according to legal requirements which override your rights.
Withdrawal of your consent
In case you consented to the processing of your data, you have the right to revoke this consent at any time with effect for the future. The lawfulness of data processing prior to your withdrawal remains unchanged.

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. You can appeal to the supervisory authority which is responsible for your place of residence or your state of residency or to the supervisory authority responsible for us.
