Questions & Answers about GlassVAC Solo Plus
The charge socket is located at the bottom of the handle. The charge level indicator continuously lights up red during the charging procedure. When the battery is fully charged, the charge level indicator continuously lights up green. After charging is complete, do not forget to refit the rubber plug to prevent dirt and water from entering the socket.
The battery supplied is partially charged. To ensure full capacity of the battery, completely charge the battery before using your machine for the first time.
The battery will take up to 130 minutes to fully charge.
The integrated battery will run for up to 30 minutes. When the battery charge level reduces, the charge level indicator changes to flashing green. When the charge level indicator flashes red, the battery must be charged.
Once the vacuumed liquid reaches the max line of 100ml, the tank should be emptied through the red rubber plug.
Use detergents designed for window vacuum machines; for best results, use Bosch GlassVAC detergent. Do not use undiluted acids, acetone or solvents.
Follow the instructions on the detergent label. Fill the spray applicator bottle with water up to the first line and then pour the detergent up to the maximum line. The correct ratio of water to detergent is therefore 9:1 in order to obtain the best cleaning solution.
Smooth surfaces such as glass, mirrors, tiles and shower screens.
Yes, both the top large and small blades can be taken out of the cleaning head and be replaced. New blades can be purchased as accessories.
The water tank can be thoroughly cleaned by removing the cleaning head from the machine and filling the water tank via the cleaning head aperture to the max line with warm soapy water. The water tank should NOT be filled via the drain hole. The machine can then be shaken and the water poured out via the drain plug hole.
It is advised to store the cleaning heads in the supplied polybag when not in use. Prevent the blade from touching paper, cardboard and rough surfaces as this could damage the blades polymer coating. Spots or lines may be visible on the blade, but this is normal and will not affect the cleaning performance.
