Water filter

The entering of debris is the most common failure of a high pressure washer (not just Bosch). Therefore a clean and functioning filter or clean water inlet is of utmost importance to ensure a longliving product. This prevents unwanted debris contamination entering into a pump.

Yes, it also functions as a hose attachment to the machine where the hose connector can simply be cliped onto the filter head. This also ensures that the filter is always fitted to the machine.

It screens out contaminants from any incoming water source. The transparent plastic allows for visual checking. 
There is added protection on the filter which extends the lifetime of the pump.

Our water filter has a double filtration system. You must take your black water connector and through the smaller hole, push out the white internal filter with any object ie. a pen. Attached to the high pressure washer where the black water connector is placed, is a small white inlet connector with a sharp edge. Use a pair of pliars to detach the inlet connector. Rinse both the internal filter and the inlet connector under a tap and then place them both back to their original locations. If the internal filter or the inlet connector cannot be cleaned any longer or is damaged, it must be replaced. The high pressure washer will not function properly without the inlet connector and internal filter. Do not use the high pressure washer without these 2 components.

Push the filter in and twist at the same time, it should come out.
