Bosch DIY is a free app that puts the whole world of Bosch DIY and Garden at your fingertips. You register once and benefit from our current and future services and offers. This includes, for example, the 3-year guarantee after tool registration.

In which countries can I use the Bosch DIY App?

The app is currently available in more than 18 countries and will be rolled out gradually to more. You can find if its currently available in your country by searching for “Bosch DIY” in your app store.

Where can I download the Bosch DIY app?

The app can be downloaded free of charge from the "Google Play Store" for Android and the "Apple App Store" for iPhones / iPads.

Do I need a user account to use the Bosch DIY App?

Some of the features of the app can be used without an account. However, features such as tool registration require an account to register your tool.

What is the SingleKey ID?

SingleKey ID is one account with one set of log-on details, which offers convenient access to websites, shops, apps and services of many different brands.

What can I do if I have forgotten my password?

There is a "Forgot password" function in the login or registration area. Enter the email address associated with your SingleKey ID and we will send you a link to reset your password.

How do I delete my app account?

Log in to the app. In the "Account" section, you will find the "Delete account" option. You can delete your app account here. Please note that we cannot delete your account directly if you have an active 3-year guarantee.

Which power tools can I register for the 3-year guarantee service?

All DIY, Garden and Measuring tools from Bosch DIY and Garden. Battery packs and chargers are excluded.

Will I receive a 3-year guarantee if I register my tool later than 4 weeks after purchase?

In this case, the guarantee conditions of Bosch Power Tools exclude the activation of the 3-year guarantee. If you have any further questions, please contact our customer service.

Are there any technical requirements for the smartphone to be able to use the Bosch DIY app?

For iPhones / iPads iOS 13.0 or higher is required. For Android devices, Android 8.0 or higher is required.

Where is my data stored?

The data is stored on servers in the EU. Our server operator is contractually obliged to comply with European data protection standards.
