Bosch warranty for your tool
Bosch gives you a two-year warranty on privately used tools. On our service platform, MyBosch you can extend the warranty on your newly purchased Bosch DIY power tool, garden tool or measuring tool to three years. All you have to do to extend the warranty is log on to MyBosch and register your tool within 4 weeks of purchasing it.
If your tool has failed under warranty we’re here to help! Rest assured that all costs associated with remedying a manufacturing defect with your Bosch tool are on us. When it comes to warranty, our aim is to get you back up and running as soon as possible at no expense! In the event of a repair under warranty, please make sure to present a copy of the proof of purchase and, if necessary, the warranty certificate.

Warranty FAQs
The following standard warranty period will apply in respect of the following Products in Australia and New Zealand.
Bosch Green Tools (including measuring tools): 2 years
Bosch Lawn and Garden Tools: 2 years
The warranty period commences from the date of purchase of the Product(s)
The warranty can be extended for Bosch DIY power tools, garden tools or measuring tools via MyBosch. For this purpose, it is necessary to register on MyBosch.
Where applicable, regular calibration of your measuring tool is recommended to ensure accuracy of your product. If a tool falls out of calibration this may occur as a result of normal usage and is not considered to be a manufacturing defect covered under warranty.
Normal wear and tear of a tool.
Replacement of parts which would be part of normal maintenance.
Consumables items such as carbon brushes, grease, o-rings, chucks and leads. These parts wear as a result of normal usage and do not usually fail due to manufacturing defect.
