Virgin Mojito

  • Mint leaves
  • 2 ounces of fresh lime juice
  • 4 ounces of ginger beer
  • Ice

Crush mint and lime juice in a tall glass. Add crushed ice and pour in the ginger beer. Stir well and garnish with mint leaves and lime wedges.

Lavender Lemonade

Make your own refreshing lavender lemonade


  • 6 cups water
  • ½ cup honey
  • ⅓ cup dried lavender
  • 1 cup fresh lemon juice, strained

In a saucepan, bring the water and honey to boil. Then lightly crush lavender in a bowl and add to the saucepan making sure to remove the pan from the heat. Cover and let it infuse for 2 hours. Strain and add in the lemon juice. Stir well and then serve over ice in a glass. Add a sprig of lavender to garnish.

Rosemary Citrus Spritzer

For a citrus mocktail with a twist add rosemary


  • 2 lemons
  • 2 oranges
  • 4 sprigs fresh rosemary
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • Ice
  • Soda water

Start by creating the infused syrup. Take the zest of 1 lemon and peel into strips. Then juice the lemons and oranges to make 1 cup of juice. Combine the zest, juice, rosemary, sugar and honey in a saucepan and simmer until the sugar dissolves. Remove from the heat and let the flavours infuse for 10 minutes. Strain once completely cool.

Now for the mocktail. Add 2-3 tablespoons of the syrup into a glass, top with soda water and add ice. Garnish with a sprig of rosemary and enjoy!

Strawberry Basil Dream

  • 2 fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 3 fresh basil leaves
  • 1/5 cup sugar
  • Ice cubes
  • 1/3 cup lemon juice
  • 1-2 cups club soda

Crush strawberries, basil and sugar in a cocktail shaker. Then add ice and lemon juice. Cover and shake well. Then strain into a glass and top with club soda. Add extra basil leaves to garnish.

Sage and Grapefruit Punch

  • 1 cup grapefruit juice
  • 4 fresh sage leaves
  • 1 cup ice
  • pinch of salt

In a cocktail shaker, add grapefruit juice, sage leaves and ice. Shake well and strain into a glass. Garnish your drink with a slice of grapefruit.
