By registering your tool, you can benefit from all current and future services free of charge. This includes a 3-year guarantee or DIY deals.
After registering for Bosch SingleKey ID, you can use the login page to access your account. During registration you will be asked to create a personal DIY user profile.
This offer applies to all Bosch DIY & Garden electrical, garden and measuring tools (green devices). Battery packs, chargers and wearing parts are excluded. The prerequisite is online registration of the tool within 28 days of purchase.
Bosch DIY & Garden (DIY), Bosch Professional, power tools from other manufacturers and hand tools can be recorded in the DIY portal. Please note that the 3-year guarantee will only apply to the Bosch DIY (green) Tools.
A Bosch DIY user profile is required to redeem a DIY deal. If you have already created a Bosch DIY user profile, log in and register your newly purchased Bosch DIY tool or garden tool. When registering the tool, a popup will appear with the option to join a matching DIY deal.
In this case, the guarantee conditions of Bosch Power Tools exclude the activation of the 3-year guarantee. If you have any further questions, please contact our customer service.
It is important that the device and serial number are correct. If this is the case, you don't have to do anything. If these two pieces of information are incorrect, please contact our customer service.
For iPhones / iPads iOS 13.0 or higher is required. For Android devices, Android 8.0 or higher is required.
On the login or registration window there is a "Forgot your password" function. Select this to reset your password.

Bosch DIY is a free application that does not require official termination. If you want to delete your Bosch DIY access and all data entered there, please log in one last time. You can delete your MyBosch account in the settings under "Account". However, please note that we cannot delete your MyBosch account if you have an ongoing 3-year guarantee contract.

The data is stored on servers in the EU. Our server operator is contractually obliged to comply with European data protection standards.
SingleKey-ID enables convenient access to websites, shops, apps and services from many different brands with just one login.
Only one SingleKey ID can be registered per email address. If you have forgotten your SingleKey ID password, you can reset it on the login page.
This can happen in rare cases and is usually due to the quality of our data. At Bosch DIY, users receive a 3-year guarantee on green Bosch DIY tools after tool registration. 3-year guarantee on tools from our craftsman area (blue devices) can be registered in PRO360.
If the nameplate is not recognized, for example due to poor legibility or lighting conditions, there is the option of entering the device data manually. To do this, switch to the manual registration process and follow the instructions in the application.
Bosch Power Tools grants a 3-year guarantee after registering the tool and providing all device data within 4 weeks of purchasing the tool. If the registration does not work, please check that all required data (product and serial number, date of purchase, retailer) are entered and that the date of purchase is no longer than 4 weeks from the date of registration. Contact customer service for further assistance.
In this case, all data on this device will be deleted in Bosch DIY. However, you can add the device back to your device list at any time. If you have accepted the offer of the 3-year guarantee, devices will only be archived and not deleted, since there is a guarantee contract with Bosch Power Tools. For the transfer of guarantee claims to third parties (e.g. in the event of resale), please contact our customer service.
