Once you have successfully registered your power tool, a pop-up will show you which actions you can select for your power tool. Alternatively, you can later access the details page of your registered power tool in your MyBosch profile and select the available actions using a visible button. We will send you a confirmation of participation by email with further information such as delivery times. You can also find your participation in the “Deals/My Participations” menu from the home page of your profile.

By registering the product for the extended warranty, you do not automatically participate in a reward or discount code promotion. To take part in a promotion, you must actively select it after product registration or warranty extension in a pop-up after product registration or via a button on the warranty extension confirmation page.

As a rule, you receive a battery/reward/discount code for every tool you purchase. However, there may be variations depending on the promotion. You can find more detailed information in the terms and conditions of participation for the respective promotion.

After successful participation via the MyBosch DIY profile, you will receive a confirmation by email. Once you have received this, you can use your new tool for exciting DIY projects. In the meantime, our partner will check the validity of your participation and the uploaded proof of purchase. Depending on the number of participants, this can unfortunately take a few weeks. Our partner endeavors to check your participation and your proof of purchase within 4 weeks. Therefore, after approximately 4 weeks, you will receive a final confirmation by email from our partner with shipping information.

After successful participation via our DIY website or app, we will confirm your participation in the last step. You will also receive a confirmation of participation from us by email with further information about your participation.
