(1) These Terms and Conditions of Participation (“Terms”) set out the conditions for participation in the Promotion. The description and structure of the Promotion is set out on the Facebook page https://m.facebook.com/BoschDIYpowertoolsUK for Robert Bosch Limited.

(2) The Promotion is organised by Robert Bosch Ltd, C/O Bosch Rexroth, Viewfield Industrial Estate, Glenrothes, KY6 2RD UNITED KINGDOM,  registered in Scotland with company number SC013418 (hereinafter referred to as "Bosch"). The agency Wyatt International Limited, with registered office at Wyatt House, 72 Francis Road, Edgbaston, Birmingham, B16 8SP (“Wyatt International”) which is commissioned by Bosch, to assist with the implementation of the Promotion.

The Promotion is not affiliated with Facebook and is in no way connected with, sponsored, endorsed or administered or otherwise associated, supported, accompanied or monitored by Facebook. Facebook is not the contact partner for the Promotion. Bosch, and not Facebook, shall be the recipient of the data and information provided by the participant. (3) By participating in the Promotion, the participant agrees to be bound by these Terms.

(1) To be eligible to participate, persons must reside in England, Scotland or Wales and have reached the age of 18 at the time of participation. All employees of Bosch and Wyatt International and their relatives are excluded from participation. Participation using falsified identities or third-party identities is not permitted. Automated participation (e.g. via participation or registration services) as well as multiple entries are not permitted.

(2) The prerequisite for participating in the Promotion is that the Facebook participants must like the promotional post and comment with the number of errors they can find in the right hand side image of  the post. The participant must use its own personal Facebook account (not a business account) to comment on the post The participant acknowledges and agrees that the comment shall remain on the Bosch Facebook page even after the Closing Date (as defined below) but shall not be transferred or saved to any other channels of Bosch Power Tools GmbH. Participants have the chance to win one of three Prizes (as described in section 3 below).

(3) The prize draw is free to enter and no purchase is necessary.

(4) The Promotion will commence on 1 April 2022 at 12:00 (GMT). The closing date for receipt of entries is 30 April 2022 at 23:59 GMT (“Closing Date”).

(1) All eligible participants will be entered into a prize draw for a chance to win one of three Bosch Atino line laser (“Prize”). There will be three (3) Prizes in total.

(2) The winners shall be chosen at random, from all participants that fulfil the prerequisites listed in paragraph 2 (participation), within seven (7) days of the Closing Date. Three winners in total shall be drawn using a random generator. The winner will be notified using the comment reply function directly in the comments of the Promotion post and, at the same time, via direct message within seven (7) days from the draw. In this direct message, the winner shall be requested to send their personal details (full name and address) to an e-mail address provided in the direct message. These details must be accurate and truthful. This information will be used to send the Prize. If the Prize notification cannot be delivered due to wrong details provided by the winner, Bosch shall be under no obligation to make any further enquiries regarding this.

(3) By participating in the Promotion, the winner gives their consent to have their first name and location being stated on the Bosch fan page https://m.facebook.com/BoschDIYpowertoolsUK/ if they win one of the Prizes.

(4) If the winner does not claim their Prize within 21 days of being notified, the Prize shall be forfeited and a substitute winner shall be selected.

(5) Prizes shall not be redeemable in cash and cannot be exchanged. Prizes cannot be transferred to third parties.

(6)Bosch, at its own discretion, reserves the right to substitute the Prize with product(s) of equal or greater value at any time.

(7) The Prize shall be sent to the winner by post to the specified address in England, Wales or Scotland. The risk is transferred to the winner when the Prize is handed over to the carrier. The organiser shall not be liable for any delivery-related damage.

(1) No responsibility shall be assumed for loss of data, for example during the transfer of data, as a result of technical defects as well as damaged, lost or delayed submissions or due to network, hardware or software problems, that are not attributable to Bosch or Wyatt International.

(2) Participant agrees that Facebook is not liable or responsible for this Promotion and therefore the participant releases Facebook from any liability or responsibility in relation to this Promotion.

(1) A breach by participant of these Terms entitles Bosch to exclude the respective participant from the Promotion. This applies in particular if the participant provides false information or content (e.g. comments) or violates applicable laws, the rights of third parties or the rights of Bosch. The same applies for comments that may be viewed as glorifying violence, discriminatory (based on personal characteristics, religion or gender), racist, offensive, harassing or derogatory, or which violate common decency in any other way.

(2) If the excluded participant is a winner who has already been chosen, the Prize can be subsequently revoked.

Bosch reserves the right to amend or terminate the Promotion at any time without notice. However, Bosch will use its reasonable endeavours to minimise the effect of such amendment or termination to avoid disappointment. Any termination or amendment to the Promotion will be communicated to you in the same way as the Promotion was communicated.  

Where personal data is collected, processed and used as part of the Promotion, this shall only be collected, processed and used by Bosch for the purpose of running the Promotion and shall be erased once the Promotion ends. All data shall be erased no later than 30 days after the Promotion ends. Address data shall only be collected from the winner and used to send them their Prize. No data shall be forwarded to third parties, unless this is required in order to run the Promotion and to deliver the Prizes. The participants shall be entitled to the legal right of access by the data subject, right to make changes, and right to withdraw.

By participating in the Promotion, the participant declares that they consent to their data being stored and used by Bosch for the above-mentioned purposes. The participant has the right to object to the use of their data at any time. In this case, the data will be erased immediately. This objection can be sent as an informal message to the attention of UK DSO at Robert Bosch Ltd, Broadwater Park, North Orbital Road, Denham, UB9 5HJ, UNITED KINGDOM or can be sent by e-mail to PT.DSO@bosch.com.

(1) Should any clause of these Terms be invalid, the validity of the remaining terms and conditions shall remain unaffected.

(2) The Promotion will be governed by the laws of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales shall have the exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with the Promotion.
